SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Local Community
Tuesday, August 27, 2024
The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently visiting the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to your community.
SASSA might be rendering solutions which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a press release, the agency stated it can be alarmed in regards to the high range of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The purpose in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the high variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This is certainly a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office focused on service the area each day. The support level status sassa produced for intervention experiences a high inflow of probable beneficiaries, that makes it challenging for the Workplace to attend to all people who take SRD a look at a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more assets to enable the servicing of all customers and maximize entry to Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
